CardKeep ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our app.
We collect the information you provide when creating an account (email address and name) and when adding gift cards (card numbers, PINs, balances, and photos you upload). We also collect standard usage data such as app interactions to improve the product.
Your data is used solely to provide the CardKeep service — storing and displaying your gift card details, sending expiration reminders, and personalizing your experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Card data is only accessible to you when authenticated with your account. Images you upload are stored in private, access-controlled storage.
CardKeep uses trusted third-party services including Stripe for payment processing and AI services for card scanning. These providers have their own privacy policies and we only share the minimum data necessary to provide their services.
We may send you transactional emails such as expiration reminders when you enable them. You can disable these at any time from the Reminders settings.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the account menu. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
CardKeep is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of CardKeep after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
